Refund policy

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of my small business, I do not accept returns or cancellations after 24 hours. I'm a one woman show, so please allow at least a 5 business day process time on all charm pieces. Orders are then shipped out on the following Tuesday or Friday. Purchasing faster shipping does NOT expedite my processing time, this will just expedite the shipping time once it's dropped off.

Store credit may be offered on pieces that have arrived defected. Photo evidence will need to be provided no later than 48 hours after the package was marked as delivered. Please send a email to ravayat0@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. All shipping costs will need to be handled by the customer.

Absolutely no refunds will be offered on any purchase. No returns/exchanges will be offered if you order the wrong color or style. Please be careful when checking out to make sure everything has been selected properly.

Orders that contain charms without the purchase of a chain have 48 hrs to pay your chain invoice before the order is canceled. Only store credit will be offered after it has been canceled.
